Narine's bowling action reported again

Narine's bowling action reported again

The West Indian's action was reported on Wednesday when he was representing Lahore Qalandar against Quetta Qalandars in the ongoing PSL 2018.

West Indies cricket sensation and bowling backbone for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Indian Premier League (IPL) spinner Sunil Narine's bowling action is under doubts and has been reported by Pakistan Super League officials to the Cricket West Indies.

Narine will play in the upcoming IPL tournament for Kolkata Knight Riders.

While he has been placed on the PSL's watch list, the 29-year-old is still permitted to keep bowling in the tournament.

This is not the first time that Narine's action has been reported.

He further stated that it's a gratifying feat because of its potential to help people better understand each other. Still, the researchers cautioned that the milestone does not mean that machine translation is a solved problem.

He was later reported again in November 2015 during West Indies' match against Sri Lanka and was suspended following an investigation into his actions by the ICC. He was suspended after biomechanical tests proved that his action was beyond the fifteen (15) degree limit allowed under the International Cricket Council's rules.

According to PCB, the match officials report on Narine's bowling action will be sent to the West Indies Cricket Board and he will have to go through the process that is followed by the West Indies Cricket Board, for suspected illegal bowling actions.

Narine's team, Lahore Qalanders, are already out of the PSL playoffs but play their final league match on Friday. Narine, who has played 65 ODIs and 48 T20I for West Indies, was later pulled off from the global squad for the 2015 World Cup because of his action.

The latest report said that perhaps he put himself in the danger and it makes some questions regarding his participation in the IPL which is all set to begin early in this next month.
