Buffon's first Champions League red sees Juventus comeback falter at final hurdle

Legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon was sent off in what looks likely to have been his final Champions League game on Wednesday night.

With Los Blancos having taken a 3-0 lead in the tie at the Juventus Arena, however, the Bianconeri will need an extraordinary turnaround to overturn the deficit at the Bernabeu.

Then Cristiano Ronaldo nodded down in the penalty area and Lucas Vasquez was taken down by Medhi Benatia.

Juventus and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has named his top five goalkeepers in the world right now - and guess who didn't make the list?

He said: "The referee can't have the cynicism to destroy the effort of a whole team".

"Oliver has a rubbish bin in place of his heart!" On top of that, if you don't have the character to walk on a pitch like this in a stadium like this, you can sit in the stands with your wife, your kids, drinking your Sprite and eating crisps.

Asian consumers and commodity price rises will fuel higher inflation in the region. Authorities can counter this risk by strengthening regional financial systems.

'I know the referee saw, it was certainly a dubious incident.

"You can not ruin the dreams of a team".

"That decision means that ref Oliver doesn't understand a f***".

"It's possible, but I won't be depressed about it", said the 40-year-old, who has won the last six Serie A titles and the World Cup but never lifted the Champions League despite playing in three finals.

He has managed just 11 goals in 26 topflight appearances for the Premier League champions, and the Blues manager isn't very pleased with his goal ratio.

A shame for the legend but he certainly went out with a bang!
