Google Testing Self Destructing Email For Gmail

This makes it easy to avoid the distraction of an email thread until you're ready to reply.

Gmail's web interface hasn't been updated for a while now, and it appears Google will be doing just that in the coming weeks. Also, in case a user is unable to attend to a mail immediately, Google may introduce a snooze option for the mail to reappear in the inbox after a specific time frame.

'We're working on some major updates to Gmail (they're still in draft phase)', a Google spokesperson told MailOnline.

Now, after nearly 3.5 years, Google has confirmed that a new layout and few new features would be soon introduced in Gmail.

The identification of the body is pending at this time and an autopsy is anticipated to be conducted on Tuesday. The Mendocino County Sheriff's Business Office stated that it could be Hannah or Sierra.

The new features will include an automated reply for emails, Smart Reply, a snooze email function as well as offline support.

As of now, it's unknown whether the feature is going to be compatible with non-Gmail users. Also, in the aftermath of Facebook data theft scam, it became inevitable for tech companies to highlight and enhance security features. Google has provided information related to new design and possible features to its G Suite administrators recently.

The email was meant to prepare employees tasked with managing companies' G Suite apps - Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc. - to answer questions about the redesign as it's rolled out to personal accounts, meaning we could expect it to look noticeably different. The compact view will be similar to the current Gmail design, something that current users should be happy about. The Mountain View giant has also admitted that upcoming changes might affect several browser add-ons for Gmail. Furthermore, it will have much better integrations with Google's other services like a sidebar for appointments, Google Tasks, and more.

So, if you send or receive messages to your Gmail inbox in "confidential mode", they will self-destruct (i.e. you can't copy, download or print them) upon the scheduled expiration date. The company will be hosting its annual I/O developer conference from 8 May 2018 until 10 May 2018 and it's likely that further plans will be revealed then.
