Family Of 6 Displaced After 1-Alarm House Fire

The fire is under investigation, Windsor Fire and Rescue said in an update posted on Twitter.

Alerted by a passer-by's call, firefighters responded at 2:35 fire at a 1 1/2-story house on fire at 313 Harztell Road.

She was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition with life-threatening injuries, officials say.

The fire was reported by a neighbor who heard what sounded like an explosion and saw flames. The cause of death was ruled as smoke inhalation. "Develop a home fire escape plan and practice fire drills regularly".
