Cole will release his New Album

00One of hip-hop's heavyweight, J.Cole, is set to release a new album this week. After his 2014 album Forest Hills Drive went platinum, he kept the momentum with the platinum-selling 4 Your Eyez Only. KOD, one can assume, is the name of the album, though there's no confirmation as of yet.

Yesterday, J. Cole hosted a "first come first serve" event at Gramercy Theatre in NY, which he announced hours before via social media.

He didn't reveal why or what's happening, but there were a lot of rules attached to the flyer Cole shared: No phones, cameras, bags, press list, or guest list, all of which point to something new being revealed.

Comey's interview comes in advance of publication of his new book , " A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership " on Tuesday. Trump fired Comey in May, an action that helped lead to the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller .

K.O.D. will be released Friday April 20th. The news surfaced following Cole's special concert Monday night in NYC, where he gave some lucky fans a first listen to the upcoming album.

According to the Dreamville MC, the 12-track album carries three different subtitles (Kidz On Drugz, King Overdose, Kill Our Demonz) and it was recorded in two weeks.
