Gregg Popovich Praises LaMarcus Aldridge: 'He Plays Through Everything'

Gregg Popovich has done the unthinkable - DECLARE HIS ALLEGIANCE TO THE WARRIORS!

LaMarcus has been a monster all year long.

Leonard has missed all but nine games this season with a right quadriceps injury.

During pregame media availability, Popovich was asked if he had read the article.

"I went to a game, I had a front-row seat", Popovich said, eliciting laughs. So we can't do anything until that happens. "But that's the first thing that has to happen".

"But just think about Philadelphia, for example, I can construct you a way that Philadelphia could trade for Kawhi Leonard and sign LeBron James".

According to UK's Independent, citing the website DownDetector , there were a number of problems with the site on Tuesday evening. At the moment, when I try to load the site on my browser, I'm getting the following message: "Something is technically wrong".

"Leonard has made strides recently in training and is focused on regaining his full health", Charania reports.

A comment made in a press conference after a loss to Golden State made one reporter ask San Antonio Spurs head coach if he was still enjoying his job amid what has been a hard season. He has spent much of his time away from the team in NY, where his medical staff is located.

Given the way the Spurs have talked about Leonard, I'm unconvinced they deserve the benefit of the doubt, anyway.

Finger later wrote that the impetus for asking Popovich the question came when the Spurs coach said, "I'm so exhausted of this" in a press conference following the loss to Golden State.

After going down 0-2 against Golden State Monday night, Pop was spotted leaving Oracle Arena by a couple fans - who gave him a shout-out for a solid Game 2. Once its season is over, San Antonio likely will have to make a decision about what to do with Leonard.
