Trump & Hannity's 'fair and balanced' hush money lawyer

This week on the dysfunctional reality show known as the White House: It turns out that Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, was forced to name his secret third client on Monday.

On Hannity's primetime show on Fox News, Dershowitz told the host he should have disclosed his relationship with Cohen during his frequent discussions about Cohen in recent weeks.

In his regular broadcast Monday, Hannity says he had "brief discussions" with Michael Cohen about "legal questions where I wanted his input and perspective".

He is facing a criminal inquiry, which the president has strongly criticised.

"It is the kind of stuff that, if it was in a script or a novel, it would get thrown out for being implausible", John Avlon, editor-in-chief of The Daily Beast, told CNN's Erin Burnett. Broidy, a former GOP fundraiser, resigned from the Republican National Committee on Friday after acknowledging making a $1.6 million payment to a model he impregnated.

However, Hannity has previously described Cohen as a friend.

Daniels is engaged in a separate civil legal fight over $130,000 (€105,000) she received in a 2016 agreement arranged by Cohen to stop her from discussing a sexual encounter she says she had with Trump a decade earlier.

It is not clear exactly where prosecutors from the hard-charging Southern District of NY are headed, but the payment could amount to a campaign finance violation.

Manchester City crowned champions but Vincent Kompany already wants more
Manchester United will sign three or four players this summer as Jose Mourinho revamps his Old Trafford squad, Gary Neville says. United midfielder Ander Herrera was taken off at half-time against West Brom, while Paul Pogba was replaced in the 58th minute.

The lawyers wrote in a court filing Monday that the raids a week ago to gather evidence from attorney Michael Cohen were "completely unprecedented".

"You could have said that you had asked him for advice or whatever, but I think it would have been much, much better had you disclosed that relationship". We also share similar political views. But Judge Wood ruled that the lawyers must disclose Hannity's name. The liberal (in the classic sense) constitutional scholar has made waves in the past for going against his own Democrat Party to defend President Trump and railed against the against the Cohen raid.

So far, revelations over Trump's colorful past - like the "Access Hollywood" tape, on which he boasted about groping women, or controversial comments unearthed from Howard Stern's radio show - have not significantly damaged him.

On his Fox show last Monday, Hannity said that the Cohen raid represented a "dangerous phase" of Mueller's investigation "and there is no turning back from this".

The hearing in a New York City courtroom stems from a surprise Federal Bureau of Investigation raid on Cohen's home and office.

He said on Twitter that he assumed his conversations with Cohen "were confidential". She says she had sex with a married Trump in 2006. Agents entered Cohen's home and office and collected documents, some of which include communications between him and the president, according to multiple reports.

The disclosure came as a NY judge disappointed a lawyer for Trump by letting prosecutors proceed with the cataloguing of evidence including multiple electronic devices that were seized in raids while a system is set up to ensure that records protected by attorney-client privilege aren't disclosed to investigators.
