Kevin Love gets thumb examined late in Game 2

For Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Playoffs against the Indiana Pacers, LeBron James chose to rock a one-of-one LeBron 15 inspired by Vince Carter's Shox BB4.

But as much as things went well, the game still was close.

LEBRON James was on a mission in the first quarter of the Cleveland Cavaliers' Game 2 match-up against the Indiana Pacers.

For Cleveland, it was LeBron James who did the most damage, racking up 29 first-half points, 20 of which came in the first quarter alone.

Abbott Laboratories (ABT) Shares Bought by BlackRock Inc
On Monday, October 23 Salvadori Daniel Gesua Sive sold $5.43 million worth of Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT ) or 96,603 shares. It is positive, as 35 investors sold LNC shares while 213 reduced holdings. 79 funds opened positions while 197 raised stakes.

It was the 1,362nd game of James' career - regular season and playoffs combined - and the most points he has ever scored in the first five minutes of a game, according to research by ESPN Stats & Information. Victor Oladipo scored 22 points for the Pacers, while Myles Turner chipped in 18. Moments later, a pair of makes by Cory Joseph sliced Cleveland's lead down to 38-31 with 6:40 remaining in the half.

Love went to the bench where his thumb was examined by the Cavs' medical staff. TNT's Allie Laforce later said that Love was being tested to see where he was feeling pain and that the Cavs forward would have his hand taped. Cleveland took a 12-point lead into the half.

Currently, the Cavs are trailing the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, 1-0.

Love's offensive outburst, coupled with a 3-pointer from Korver ended up pushing the Cavs back up by double digits with just over four minutes remaining in the second quarter.
