Liverpool FC Reveal New 2018-19 Home Kit

The 2018-19 kit reintroduces a button polo-styled collar that New Balance will give the shirt a lifestyle look - making it more wearable for the fans.

Liverpool is expected to wear the purple Away kit along with the white Third Kit.

Emre Can was nowhere to be seen this afternoon as Liverpool launched their brand new home strip - and the club's fans reckon it's proof he'll soon be hitting the road. New Balance and Standard Chartered remain as the kit manufacturer and sponsor, respectively.

There is slight white detailing around the collar while a 96 emblem encased by flames sits at the nape of the neck to commemorate the tragic events of Hillsborough.

Liverpool Officially Confirm Their New Kit For Next Season

"Our kit isn't just something we wear to play - it is part of who we are as a team", Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson said via the club's official website.

Although the Reds still have plenty of matches in the Premier League and Champions League left to run this term, the club officially launched the new kit on Thursday.

"We feel immensely proud when pulling on the LFC home shirt, it means more to us than you could even imagine; after all, Liverpool Football Club is like no other".

Liverpool FC unveiled the new home kit with this eye-catching one minute video, which also features some great shots of the city's landmarks, the skyline and the streets leading into Anfield (also, we love the inclusion of Penny Lane, from Beatles lore).
