All in all, however, we're on board and will definitely be plunking down for front-row tickets when Bohemian Rhapsody hits theaters on November, 2nd.

Was it really only months ago, in the fall of 2017, when the first image of Rami Malek as Queen lead singer/absolute legend Freddie Mercury blew us all away?

Singer's constant absence even resulted in the film's cinematographer, Thomas Newton Sigel, to step in as director for multiple days when Singer didn't show.

Singer, who was then replaced by "Eddie the Eagle" director Dexter Fletcher, said at the time that the studio did not permit him to tend to an ill family member.
