The Nokia 7 Plus was launched in India at Rs 25,999 while the Nokia 6 (2018) with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage went on sale priced at Rs 16,999. While 4G VoLTE service from the initial SIM is most common, most firms don't enable 4G VoLTE from the next SIM. HMD's Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas promised that the feature will come shortly with an OTA update and the day has now come.

At launch, the phone had support for 4G VoLTE in one SIM slot, while the other SIM supported only 3G. Today, the company is delivering on that promise. Notably, the Nokia 6 (2018) is also receiving a similar OTA update (V2.22A) which also brings the May 2018 Android security patch. If you want to get the Face Unlock feature, that isn't yet available as this update doesn't bring any Face Unlock functionality. However, we are expecting the feature to be rolled out in a subsequent update very soon. With the latest software update, the Nokia 7 Plus gets a step near to be called as a flawless smartphone. The device employs an octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity expandable up to 256GB. It features a 6-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Fueling the phone is a 3,800 mAh battery that also supports fast charging. Along with dual SIM 4G VoLTE support, the phone also supports dual-band WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, and Global Positioning System. The phone also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. Both the front and the rear cameras are equipped with Carl Zeiss lenses. The Nokia 7 Plus comes with a dual-rear camera module comprising of a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture and wide-angle lens and a 13MP secondary sensor with 2x optical zoom and f/2.6 aperture.
