Sony's Bend Studio announces February 22 release for its zombie biker game

Set to be conspicuously absent from this year's E3 press conference, Sony have used their string of pre-E3 announcements to reveal the release date for Bend Studios' open world biker gang zombie apocalypse game.

Tomorrow a brand-new PlayStation 4 game announcement is promised, then a new PlayStation VR game on Saturday, and on Sunday "An Eagerly Anticipated Game Comes to PS VR". Like most Sony first-party titles this generation, Days Gone price is Rs. 3,999 in India ($60 in the US).

Sony also released a brand new trailer which introduces mountain lions and cougars as well as a new line of infected ravens. So much so, in fact, that they refuse to kill the zombies. Days Gone will be releasing for PlayStation 4 on 22nd February 2019.

In a blog post, Bend Studio Creative Director John Garvin details a pair of characters players will meet in one of the survivor camps in "Days Gone" - a weapons dealer named Alkai an camp director Ada. Story trailers and gameplay have already been shared, it's simply been a question of when the game is going to release.
