E3 2018: ‘Anthem’ trailer gives off ‘Destiny’ vibes with new gameplay

Much of the EA Play press conference revolved around expected announcements for the EA Sports line, including new entries in Madden, NBA Live, and Federation Internationale de Football Association coming this fall-but with one surprise. The event will commence with a press conference at 11:00 PM PT / 2:00 PM ET on Saturday, June 9th, where the publisher will show off all of the games it has in store for the coming months.

Developer BioWare went in depth on its upcoming multiplayer role-playing adventure Anthem today as part of its EA Play media presentation today. The name of the title is derived from the game's morally grey force called "the Anthem of Creation". Details were scarce on the Interceptor, but we know it's the most agile of the classes while the Storm is a caster-type that could help support the squad.

Players will get to be a freelancer pilot working with the citizens of Targus to figure out the secrets of the world and survive a looming presence of evil as you confront this world.

Chinese Hackers Breach US Navy Computers
The investigation into the breach, which is being jointly conducted by the Navy and the FBI, is now underway, The Post reported. The contractor, which was not named in the report, works for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, based in Newport, Rhode Island.

Fans can tune in to watch the EA Play conference on June 9 on the EA website, or you can catch all the action on Twitch and Youtube. While the game looked gorgeous in its new trailer, EA recently released a new set of screenshots for the game that further highlights the lovely graphics.

It's time to get excited Star Wars fans, as EA just announced a new single player Star Wars game. The Ranger is a more generalized suit, a sort of all-purpose javelin. They'll do this if they knock it out of the park with Battlefield V and Anthem.

There will be no loot boxes in the game, nor any other pay-to-play schemes that give players unfair advantages. When it releases, Anthem will be coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC. More so when you consider that EA doesn't really have any big games slated for that time of the year. Change the paint job, apply decals (one design looked suspiciously similar to the Mass Effect N7 suit), and even change the shape of the suit itself to suit your fancy.
