E3 2018: EA Announces Sea Of Solitude With A Haunting Trailer

Luckily she is surrounded by an ocean full of creatures just like her, creatures that may hold the key to changing her back. For now, one thing seems certain: this game is set to deliver a powerful message about the emotion of loneliness and its impact on one's entire being.

Sea of Solitude is developed by Jo-Mei, a small game studio based in Berlin.

The game is already featured on EA's website, and the theme of loneliness is reiterated there. Her journey is nothing short of challenging since monsters lurk everywhere she goes. Something way more unsafe is hiding in the Sea of Solitude and it could be her greatest nightmare. The goal is to make the emotions she feels as bell ends. Sea of Solitude will be released in 2019 and the publisher has released its announcement trailer and its first screenshots that you can view below.

"Sea of Solitude" was picked up in 2015 and it has since been in development. "This at the core of the story of "SOS" [which is apparently the in-house nickname for the game]".

"Sea of Solitude is by far the most artistic and personal project I've ever created", said Sea of Solitude creative director Cornelia Geppert.
