Kevin Durant will re-sign with Warriors

Kevin Durant will re-sign with Warriors

LeBron was asked if he thought Durant was going to be a problem when he first went up against him in the Finals back in 2012.

Perkins isn't the only Cavalier frustrated by the play of Durant, who's averaging 31.6 points in the Finals. The Cleveland Cavaliers had just lost Game 3 of the NBA Finals to Golden State Warriors, and the Warriors were driven by a standout performance from Durant.

In Durant's one season at Texas, he was named the National College Player of the Year, and the Longhorns reached the second round of the NCAA tournament.

After the Warriors pushed LeBron and the Cavs to the brink with a heart-stopping 110-102 victory in Cleveland, Golden State is one win away from a 3rd Championship in four years.

Durant's footwork and skill are letting him create enough space to get his shots off cleanly, but not enough that we would actually call them open. Almost two-thirds of his shots in the playoffs (64 percent) been tightly or very tightly defended (with the defender four feet away or closer), according to NBA.com.

Afghan Taliban raise hopes with surprise Eid ceasefire
However, the Taliban said the ceasefire did not include cessation of hostilities against foreign troops, Tolo News reported. A statement released Saturday by the Taliban said that they would defend themselves in case of any attack .

Durant has still been destroying the Cavaliers by targeting mismatches - he's * a href="http://stats.nba.com/players/playtype-post-up/?CF=PlayerFirstName*E*kev" *shooting 51.5 percent on pull-ups and has posted an enormous 72.7 effective field goal percentage on shot attempts coming after at least seven dribbles.

Between his absurd shot-making and his incredible passing in this series, Durant's impact on the Warriors offense has been invaluable.

Draymond Green and Stephen Curry are already under contract for next season.

Cleveland fans weren't too happy Wednesday night after losing Game 3 of the National Basketball Association finals against Golden State.
