Kia Sedona Sliding Doors Out Of Control, Recall Issued

Another major automaker is recalling vehicles due to air bag issues. The NHTSA said in March that it knew about six serious crashes linked with the airbags failing to deploy in frontal crashes, including four in 2011 model Hyundai Sonatas and two in 2012 and 2013 Kia Forte vehicles.

The agency says four crashes occurred in Sonatas and two happened in Fortes.

The recall affects 507,587 vehicles, including 2010-13 Kia Forte, Forte Koup sedans; 2011-13 Kia Optima sedans; and 2011-12 Kia Optima Hybrid sedans and Sedona minivans, a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration release states. The company does not have a fix for the issue yet but it is working with its supplier on the issue. Hyundai says the recall now includes all vehicles with the same air bag computers. The safety agency said at the time it had reports of six front-end crashes with significant damage to the cars.

Vince Vaughn was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning, Manhattan Beach law enforcement have confirmed. He can also be seen in the second season of HBO's " True Detective " as Frank Semyon.

Kia spokesman James Bell said the company "is attempting to have a remedy by the scheduled owner notification date of July 27".

NHTSA opened an investigation into the Hyundai-Kia air bag issue in March.

ZF said on Friday that each air bag control unit "is created to a customer's particular vehicle and platform-specific specifications". Officials are also looking into whether vehicles made by other manufacturers might be affected. The statement said ZF is cooperating with the government investigation.
