Infinity War Box Office Over $2 Billion!

Infinity War Box Office Over $2 Billion!

"Infinity War" has surpassed the $2 billion mark at the global box office in 48 days. Now that ambition is paying off like few others out there as Infinity War has officially earned more than $2 billion globally. Its domestic and worldwide debuts over the April 27 weekend combined for a record-shattering global opening of $640.5M even without China. I have a feeling we're going to be having this exact same discussion again then, and if Avengers 4 is anywhere as good as Infinity War was, then I can't wait to see it dominate as well.

The Avengers: Infinity War now has a current worldwide box office gross of $2,002,059,331, with a US gross of $656,059,331, and a foreign gross of $1,346,000,000. After starring in three solo movies and playing prominent roles in three other Marvel films, now seems like an appropriate time for Iron Man, or at least for Tony Stark, to slowly bow out of the spotlight. Before the end of the eighth weekend, Infinity War is expected to dethrone Titanic and emerge as the fourth biggest domestic grosser of all time. That figure places it third on the list of all time foreign earners behind Titanic and Avatar.

The superhero tent pole opened to $257.6 million last weekend, attaining the highest-grossing opening weekend of all time. This makes Infinity War the fourth film in movie history to earn such a distinction. After China, the top-grossing offshore regions for the film are the United Kingdom ($95.1 million), South Korea ($92.8 million), Brazil ($65.9 million), Mexico ($59.9million), Australia ($46.3 million), France ($45.3 million), India ($43.6 million) and Germany ($43.4 million). Marvel's third Avengers film was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, and stars Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Chadwick Boseman, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel.

Could LeBron James Wind Up In Boston This Summer?
I think around this time is probably 15 weeks until the third week in September, not that I'm thinking about it or anything. They're technically right too. "Obviously, it's a business at the end of the day", Irving said.
