Arsenal and Chelsea to head for Dublin for International Champions Cup fixture

The league starts at the scandalously early date of Saturday, August 11 but the games will be spaced out so that there will only be four games played by the start of September [no midweek league fixtures].

North London rivals Arsenal face a tough first two games without Arsene Wenger.

Among the final round of matches, scheduled for May 12, Manchester City are at Brighton - where they started last season - while Cardiff and Wolves are at Manchester United and Liverpool respectively.

But City, who ended United's long unbeaten run at Old Trafford with a 2-1 win last December, will travel to Old Trafford on March 16 believing that they can take huge step towards retaining their title with another win on enemy territory.

NCAA new transfer policy: Athletes no longer need permission
Under the new rule , student-athletes can transfer to a different school without asking their current school for permission. Even with the new rule, conferences could still restrict athletes from transferring within the league.

Liverpool and Manchester United start off with home ties, against West Ham and Leicester City respectively, while newly promoted Championship winners Wolves host Everton.

The traditional Premier League 'Clasico' between Liverpool and United is due to be staged at Anfield on December 15, with the return taking place at Old Trafford on February 23.

Oh yes, and Mikel Arteta will be on the touchline at the Emirates Stadium at the start of the new season after all...

Tor Andre Flo was also involved with the launch and having played here in 2003 with Norway, he is excited about returning again with Chelsea as part of the pre -season preparations in August.
