Captain Kane gives England 2-1 win over Tunisia

The England players had a scheduled day off from training but it appears Southgate was keen to remain in top shape. The game-winning goal understandably sent England fans into an absolute frenzy.

England were forced to contend with an unusual injury blow on Wednesday, as manager Gareth Southgate dislocated his right shoulder while running near the team's World Cup base in Repino.

England players are eager for American fans to root for them in the World Cup. "There is no doubt he is capable of doing a job, but if there are long periods when Sterling is a striker surely it makes more sense to use Rashford or Jamie Vardy?"

And it was a former Blade in Harry Maguire who headed the ball down to Kane from the corner to set up the iconic goal. Rashford is the one with the potential as Southgate's alternative option. To take anything out of the game Southgate probably has to limit his ambition and play Jordan Henderson and Eric Dier together.

Sterling is proving to be a puzzle for Southgate, though. He has scored just two goals in 39 internationals, and none since October 2015, and his performance against Tunisia was frustrating considering his undoubted improvement under Guardiola.

Trump's latest swipe at Canada? Smuggling US shoes
Based on tariff data, the United States and Canada aren't too far off in their treatment of goods - including shoes. Cross-border shopping is now being used by the US President to call NAFTA one of the worst trade deals ever made.

Kane has made 25 appearances for his country so far, scoring 15 goals and assisting a further three strikes along the way. The game changed when Tunisia changed.

What a moment for the Tottenham star.

Perhaps there is so little visible celebration in stores because the expectations for the England team weren't particularly high.

"We have been in Russian Federation a long time and were all excited to get started, but you are never sure until you get out on the pitch". "Go out there and play your own game, be free". It is a central midfield position but more attacking than conventional.
