Meghan Markle's Dad Dishes on Conversation With Prince Harry About Trump

When asked by host Piers Morgan if he believed the prince was a Trump fan, he responded: "I would hope not, now". "I was thrilled to tears he was doing that, I just wish it had been my hand holding hers not his", he said.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry pulled out all the stops.

He said he broke the news to Harry, Meghan and one of their security staff about definitely calling off his United Kingdom trip just before being admitted to hospital with heart problems for a second time. So, I thought this would be a nice way of improving my look.

But Mr. Markle said he watched the wedding from his home.

Thomas said he eventually spoke to Harry over the phone.

In phone calls he said they talked about politics including President.

The interview saw the recluse claim that Harry had said he was "open" to Brexit and that people needed to "give Trump a chance".

Eventually the third time around was like, "He's a prince" and at that point she said, "It's Harry " and I said, "Oh Harry , OK". He said he had apologised to both Harry and Meghan . "Promise me you'll never raise your hand against my daughter".

The queen made her grand arrival wearing her signature neon colors, this time opting for a bright yellow coat dress with a matching hat featuring a blue floral design.

He claimed Mr Markle had turned down significantly higher offers from the U.S. media but chose the British programme as he wanted the "proper chance" to put across his "side of the story". "I sort of disagreed with that, I still like Harry, that was his politics, I have my politics".

On the topic of Brexit, Thomas said, "It was a loose conversation". "There's no real commitment to it". "I think he was open to the experiment", Thomas said of Harry. Obviously, that all went to hell. However he apologized to Meghan and Harry, who he said were "very forgiving".

"I've always have a bad attitude about Donald Trump, and that's never going to change", Thomas Markle said.

He also said he "regretted" missing the special moment.

Harry and Meghan have been invited to Australia and New Zealand by the countries' respective governments, while the royals will visit Fiji and Tonga at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the official statement from Kensington Palace said at the time. "I don't think the stork has hit the air yet, but I think it will happen sooner or later".

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's likely views on Trump raised questions about whether they would be present to meet the USA president and first lady Melania Trump when they visit Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle next month.
