Stormy Daniels arrested at a strip club in Ohio, her attorney says

Stormy Daniels, the adult entertainer who is suing President Trump, was arrested at an OH strip club for allegedly letting patrons touch her on stage, which is a violation of state law.

Adult-film actress Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels speaks outside US Federal Court with her lawyer Michael Avenatti (R) in New York, April 16, 2018.

Avenatti blasted the arrest as a "politically motivated sting" and a 'ridiculous use of [police] resources'.

Lawyer Michael Avenatti is representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels who has sued President Donald Trump. "We will vehemently contest all charges".

While it's unclear what charges, if any, Daniels may face following her arrest, it may relate to a 2007 state law called the Community Defense Act that prohibits dancers from touching customers and vice versa - excluding immediate family members. A violation is a misdemeanor.

Cops say Daniels grabbed an undercover officer's backside while performing in the club, but her lawyer says that she was arrested for allowing a customer to touch her 'in a non sexual manner!'

His absence would likely hand a start to Vedran Corluka in the center of defense alongside Lovren , shifting Vida to right-back. The Juventus forward ran in behind England defence and fired past Jordan Pickford.

"Are you kidding me?" he asked.

Avenatti went on. "This was a complete set's absurd that law enforcement resources are being spent to conduct a sting operation". "There has to be higher priorities!", he added.

But according to an arrest report cited by Columbus news station WBNS, police accuse Daniels of touching "a specified anatomical area" of individuals present at the performance, including police officers.

She was booked and released early Thursday morning on a $6000 bond. "#SetUp #Basta", Avenatti said in a second tweet.

Documents posted on the Franklin County Municipal Court website show Ms Daniels has posted $6,054 (£4,586) in bail, and is scheduled for an arraignment on Friday. But according to a Columbus Dispatch article published in September, 2017, the law has rarely been used. The club, Sirens, advertised Daniels appearance on Twitter ahead of Wednesday nights performance.

Ms Daniels says she was paid $130,000 (£98,000) shortly before the 2016 presidential election to keep quiet about her alleged sexual encounter with Mr Trump. Mr Trump denies all allegations.
