Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce is not getting any easier.

A source familiar with the situation told InStyle, "Brad fulfills his commitments".

So, she wants the judge to issue a retroactive formal order of child support against Pitt to force him to pay up.

It comes amid reports from TMZ, that allege Ange filed documents that stated Pitt has not paid "meaningful child support" since they first separated nearly two years ago.

Jolie's attorney filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court saying the actress wanted a judgment "returning the parties to single status during calendar year 2018".

According to the latest report by TMZ, Pitt has not paid "meaningful child support" since he and Jolie officially separated, though it is not clarified what exactly he was expected to do for child support.

Jolie, 43, filed for divorce from Pitt, 53, in 2016 after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Her rep also released a statement explaining why she is asking for child support.

In June, however, the court ordered Jolie to help fix Pitt's relationships with his children, as "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them".

"Jolie's attorney, Samantha Bley DeJean, wrote in the brief, "[Pitt] has a duty to pay child support.

Sources close to the matter told us that the Jolie-Pitt divorce - which had started off with an ugly slew of unfounded allegations against Pitt - had been put on hold and moved to a private judge so that the couple could sort out thorny custody issues. Almost two years after filing for divorce, Jolie is ready for her marriage to Pitt to be over.
