Washington Redskins rookie running back Derrius Guice out for season

Selected in the second round of this year's draft, former LSU standout Guice went down awkwardly as he was tackled from behind on an impressive 34-yard scamper negated by a holding penalty.

In a statement, the Redskins said Guice was expected to make a full recovery and looked forward to playing in 2019.

Guice had first-round talent entering the National Football League draft process, but slid due to character concerns stemming from an alleged incident during his visit with the Eagles. "He's been great, never been late, attentive, great attitude, always happy, happy-go-lucky and fun to be around, quite frankly".

Brady can earn up to $20 million this season, once the incentives are finalized. "I want that for him". Coach Jay Gruden has said there was competition for the No. 1 job along with third-down back Chris Thompson. ACL tears typically take at least six months to recover from and the track record of being the same player has been mixed.

The Israeli army has killed at least 158 Palestinians during those protests, and a Gaza sniper killed an Israeli soldier. Israel denied there was a truce, but a senior Israeli official told Israel Radio that "quiet would be met with quiet".

The 41-year-old has had multiple laid-back sessions where he barely gets any work in 11-on-11 drills and then he didn't play at all in Thursday's preseason opener. Now there's a fresh wound - and a massive one - early in the 2018 season.

Rob Kelley: "Small thing to a Giant". "So, control what you can control".

In addition to Guice, the team says tight end Manasseh Garner, a long shot to make the roster, is out for the season with an ACL injury.
