"We were ready", said Fox Sports producer Fran Morrison, who produced the game for his network.

Drew Brees marched the Saints down the field for a 44-yard field goal to give New Orleans a 21-18 lead. Sunday's loss in New Orleans came with the all-too-familiar Browns disappointment.

It's been 631 days since the Browns last won a game; that came on December 24, 2016, and although the Browns tied the Steelers on opening day, that also could have been a win.

Cleveland Browns kicker Zane Gonzalez (2) watches his 52-yard field goal attempt with New Orleans Saints specialist Taysom Hill (7) and cornerback Marshon Lattimore (23) late in the fourth quarter at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Saints kicker Will Lutz went to the opposing sideline on Sunday to console Gonzalez after his game-tying attempt failed with time running out. So when Browns kicker Zane Gonzalez had a disgusting showing in a Week 2 loss to the New Orleans Saints, James took to social media to vent his frustration.

The Browns led the game 12-3 going into the fourth quarter. Williams returned it 22 yards to the Cleveland 18. First, kicker Wil Lutz kicked a 44-yarder with 21 seconds left to provide the winning margin, bouncing back from missing a 44-yarder in the first half. The nine-play, 66-yard scoring drive was kept alive when strong safety Derrick Kindred was called for an illegal contact penalty that negated what would have been defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi's third third-down sack of the game.

Gonzalez first missed an extra point with about a minute to play after a go-ahead touchdown pass from Tyrod Taylor. McCollum lets us all follow along as he watches his beloved Browns flail about on the football field, live-tweeting most games during the National Basketball Association offseason.

They turned a takeaway on the Saints' first possession into a 3-0 lead when Gonzalez made a 39-yard field goal with 8:29 remaining in the opening quarter.

So the Saints are 1-1 in the most exhaustingly hard way imaginable.

"Make the field goal", Landry said emphatically.
