Khabib's manager suggests McGregor barbs led to post-fight skirmish

Khabib Nurmagomedov defeated Conor McGregor in the fourth round of their highly anticipated UFC title fight, but the match quickly descended into a chaotic brawl that led to three arrests. The main card aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. MMAjunkie obtained the list of disclosed paydays from the NSAC prior to the event.

Speaking to Niall McGrath about Price's comments on McGregor, he said: "In your fight career, everyone's got to do what's best for them, you know".

"I saw one of Conor's guys yelling at Khabib, Khabib ran and jumped over the octagon, went after him". What about he talk about my religion?

"Worry about, he talked about my religion, he talk about my country, he talk about my father, he come to Brooklyn and he broke bus, he nearly killed a couple people". He came to Brooklyn and went after my bus. this is a respect sport, not trash talking.

Real-world UFC, the octagon and rules gone. He nearly killed a couple of people.

The visitors took advantage of the profligacy, doubling the advantage with 57 minutes played after Hazard was tripped by Ings. Eden Hazard has so far made nine appearances for Chelsea this season and he has already clocked up seven goals.

"What Khabib did to himself tonight, he was set up. all the mean things that were said about him. he won the fight".

While UFC president Dana White was left disappointed with the post-fight melee, Khabib has apologised to the Nevada State Athletic Commission for his behaviour.

Humble in defeat, McGregor immediately took to Twitter to declare his desire for a rematch, putting pressure on Nurmagomedov to accept.

"I promise you this is not what a mixed martial arts event is normally like", White said. "I was like, 'We'll be lucky enough just to get him out of here without the belt'".

And whatever punishment Nurmagomedov faces, his drawing power will be increased exponentially when he returns to MMA. "Looking forward to the rematch".
