Kanye West Goes On 10-Minute Rant During White House Visit

The topics for the meeting were reportedly supposed to include "manufacturing resurgence in America, prison reform, how to prevent gang violence and what can be done to reduce violence in Chicago", White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said before the meeting, according to E!

Trump had said that "stop-and-frisk works".

The Chicago-raised rapper and the NY real estate mogul-turned president have a long friendship that goes back before the 2016 election.

"The tenor and tone of this nation right now is something that doesn't makes African-Americans comfortable or feel at home, regardless of what the unemployment numbers say".

Trump also defended West as a "nice guy" and "actually a different kind of person than people think". Reports state that their meeting is scheduled on the same day as of the signing of new legislation that has the potential to benefit Yeezy and his artistic colleagues financially.

Behold! The New Pixelbook Pen. Now In Pixel Slate Color
Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with an octa-core CPU, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The phone will likely come in two sizes - a 5.5-inch base model and the larger six-inch Pixel 3 XL .

Kanye's visit follows by several months a similar trip to the White House by his celebrity wife, Kim Kardashian West, who met with Trump on May 30 and persuaded him to grant clemency to Alice Johnson, who was serving a life sentence for a nonviolent drug charge in Tennessee.

But West, who's from Chicago, told Trump that this strategy is detrimental. "I'm talking about the it-will-never-happens of the world, people in high school told you things would never happen".

"Yes, Taylor's a little late to the game and waited until the American leg of her tour was over to speak up but hey, better late than never, ever, getting back together, fuck, her songs are so catchy, look what you made me do." the 47-year-old comedian said, referencing a number of songs by Taylor Swift. West said, before giving him a huge hug.

"If you look at the employment numbers, if you look at the media, income".

"Kanye West gets it", Trump said.

West also had some clarification about his mental health.
