Apple's New iOS Releases Today With Group FaceTime & New Emojis

Apple has confirmed a slew of features for its next software update, including a depth control feature through its camera app, and dual SIM support for its new iPhone range.

Apple will soon seed its latest iPhones with Dual-SIM functionality which will be possible through support for the miniature eSIM slot. eSIM support will thus turn the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR into dual-SIM phones, the first of its kind from Apple which will use the Dual SIM Dual Standby technology. While that feature wasn't available at launch, iOS 12.1 brings it to all compatible phones (XS, Max, XR).

Once your device has finished installing the iOS 12.1 update, Group FaceTime should appear as an option and it's sure to be popular if you've got a lot of friends, and I mean a lot! Older models from the iPhone 5s to the iPhone 6 will be able to make Group FaceTime audio calls. It will automatically size each person's image depending upon how active they are in the conversation, based on duration of speech, volume, and motion.

Here is why Cardi B and Nicki Minaj dont like each other
The former Young Money star said: 'I'm not a child, but you got your sister calling my friends all kinds of disrespectful names. I know this stuff is entertaining & amusing to a lot of people but I won't be discussing this nonsense anymore", she wrote.

Group FaceTime allows you to video chat with up to 32 people simultaneously and supports stickers, video filters and Animoji/Memoji. Apple also maintains full encryption regardless of whether you are having a one-to-one or group chat, so everything stays private.

Apple seems to have updated its iPhone User Guide which has revealed that the next version goes iOS will be announced tomorrow. In its latest update, the company has added more features to Facetime. One can tap a specific person's tile and bring them to center as well. Dual SIM support has been a standard feature on Android smartphones for years, but Apple has shown resistance towards it.

More than 70 new emoji have come to iPhone and iPad with iOS 12.1. The Memoji allows you to design your own animated emoji, which can also be controlled by your facial expressions thanks to the combination of iPhones' extra sensors and updated software.
