Dez Bryant reacts after reportedly suffering season-ending injury in Saints practice

The New Orleans Saints fear wide receiver Dez Bryant has torn his Achilles, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Bryant joined the Saints this week after a long stint as a free agent. "He's getting an MRI now". And as ESPN's Adam Schefter reported shortly after the injury news, it seems the Saints may already be working on a contingency plan in the former of another wideout.

Payton said, via multiple reporters, that Bryant is about five pounds heavier than the team would like, but that's something they consider normal and that they liked what they saw in this week's workout.

Bryant has indicated on social media that the injury will be challenging to overcome, writing on his verified Twitter account, "Things was just starting to heat up for me".
