Trump threatens to revoke more White House press passes after Acosta

Trump threatens to revoke more White House press passes after Acosta

"That's not doctoring", Trump later said.

As I said yesterday, I have no desire to defend Infowars and don't trust them or their denials, but these were independent experts with different views.

Shapiro noticed that to allow the sped-up video to have the same length as the original one, a series of frames in the White House video were frozen to make them last longer and slow down the action.

On Twitter, Acosta responded to Sanders' statement with, simply: "This is a lie".

The president also chided journalist April Ryan of American Urban Radio network, calling her "a loser". "I will continue to ask the questions that affect America, all of America". Phillip asked of the special counsel's Russian Federation investigation. "In fact, she asked the most pertinent question of the day", CNN said.

"There are embarrassingly few black and hispanic reporters in the WH press corps and four have been personally insulted by the President this week", he wrote.

Ryan has since responded to the president's remarks.

Phillip, a CNN reporter and former Washington Post journalist, drew Trump's wrath on Friday, after she asked whether he hoped Matthew Whitaker, Trump's appointee as acting attorney general, would "rein in" special counsel Robert Mueller's probe of Trump's presidential campaign.

The president said that the bad blood between him and the media was the fault of journalists showing insufficient deference. "Now that we know this is doctored, it's gonna be really hard to trust all the other footage they've released, like [CNN's] April Ryan shooting flames out of her mouth and [CNN's] Jake Tapper killing Han Solo".

US Midterm Elections, Highlights for Democrats and Republicans
Trump sees his influence on the Republicans' performance Tuesday as a sign that his brand is rock solid. Where Trump clearly was happier was in his increasingly bullish view of his reelection chances in 2020.

Earlier this week Trump snapped at another African American woman, Yamiche Alcindor of PBS, and accused her of asking a "racist question".

"I watch her get up - I mean, you talk about somebody that's a loser".

Between Ryan, Phillip and Yamiche Alcindor of PBS' "NewsHour", that makes three black, female reporters that the president dealt with harshly in the past three days.

Mr Trump replied: "I consider it an invasion".

Trump also complained about Acosta, whose press credentials were revoked after the journalist challenged him on his past comments about immigrants and attempted to ask him a question about the Russian investigation Wednesday. But he said there could be others.

This all comes after the suspension of Jim Acosta from his reporting duties at the White House. "Nobody manipulated it", said Trump.

Because the White House briefing room isn't the appropriate place to deliver commentary in the form of questions.

"When you say 'doctored, ' you're a dishonest guy", Trump told the reporter on November 9.

Kimmel called for Sanders' dismissal on Thursday, but not before giving her one bit of backhanded praise: "I think this also might be the first time I've seen Sarah Sanders take the woman's side on any subject, ever-so, good for her".
